Refund & Returns Policy

At Dussi Art, every artwork is produced specifically for each customer with great care and attention to detail. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All artworks are printed and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Personal preferences regarding colors, appearance, or artistic style

Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded except as specifically described in this policy.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please email:

Your message must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent claim approval.

After reviewing the claim, Dussi Art may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost

  • Provide store credit

  • Issue a partial refund

  • Issue a full refund

3. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to investigate the matter.

If the shipment is determined to be lost in transit, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Custom and Personalized Artwork

Custom commissions, personalized artwork, and specially requested modifications are non-refundable once the creative or production process has begun.

This includes artwork created specifically for a particular client, space, project, or design request.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only.

Dussi Art is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Labor disputes

  • Force majeure events

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds.
