Production Time

All artworks are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped internationally via Israel Post Registered Mail or EMS, depending on the destination and shipping option selected. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch:  10-21 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Dussi Art has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take photographs of the packaging and artwork immediately.
2. Contact us within48  of delivery at hadas@dussiart.co.il.
3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier.
