1. About Dussi Art
Dussi Art is an independent digital fine art studio operated by Hadas Israeli and based in Israel.
The Site offers original digital artworks presented as premium physical prints and other products as described on the Site.
2. Eligibility
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

is the exclusive property of Dussi Art and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
Customers may display purchased artwork for personal use only.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
Copy or reproduce artwork
Resell artwork
Create derivative works
Use artwork commercially
Distribute artwork in digital or printed form
Remove watermarks or copyright notices
4. Product Information
We make every effort to display artwork, colors, dimensions, and product descriptions accurately.
However, actual colors may vary depending on:
Screen settings
Device displays
Printing materials
Lighting conditions
Minor variations between on-screen images and the final printed product do not constitute defects.
5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order
Limit quantities purchased
Correct pricing errors
Verify payment information
Suspend transactions suspected of fraud
An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, and import charges may be added where required.

We do not store credit card information on our servers.
